Transplant Type - Bone Marrow

In 2009, Kenneth began feeling very ill and went to the emergency room. Soon after, he was diagnosed with Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL), a type of cancer of the blood and bone marrow. Doctors have told Kenneth a bone marrow transplant is essential to his survival.

Thankfully, Kenneth has strong faith and an unwavering support system in his wife, Crystal, their three children and two grandchildren to see him through this difficult time. He loves his hobbies of playing darts, target shooting and dancing and looks forward to resuming these activities when his health allows. More than anything, he looks forward to going back to work and providing for his family once again. But he needs your help.

A bone marrow transplant costs approximately $675,000. And that's only the beginning. Even with health coverage, Kenneth faces significant medical expenses related to his transplant. He will need follow-up care and medications to ensure his body accepts the new bone marrow.

Although he was a truck driver, Kenneth is currently unable to work because of his declining health, adding to his financial strain.

You can help.
