Transplant Type - Heart/Lung

Jason, who is married and has three young daughters, needs a heart/lung transplant. He continues to work full-time despite his illness and faces tremendous medical bills in preparation for his transplant. He also needs help paying for travel for check-ups at Stanford and UCLA, medications, and COBRA premiums to keep his health insurance.
