Transplant Type - Heart

Stephen and his wife have two children. He enjoys cooking, carpentry and auto mechancis.

Stephen, in need of a heart transplant, will need assistance in paying for medications, and in travel, food and lodging costs required in living close to the hospital for approximately three months following the transplant.
