Transplant Type - Bone Marrow
We are so sorry to report that Susan lost her health battle in August of 2011. Our hearts go out to her family and friends during this difficult time.
Prior to her diagnosis of mantel cell lymphoma in December of 2005, Susan worked as a teacher's aid and loved to work out and spend time with her family.
After a lengthy and costly search through the National Bone Marrow Donor Registry, a perfect match was found for Susan to have a bone marrow transplant. She received her bone marrow transplant from a man in Germany.
However, even with insurance Susan faced out-of-pocket transplant-related expenses of at least $100,000.
You can help.

Thank you for your generosity!
