Transplant Type - Heart

Tom has many interests, including reading, fishing, traveling, church activities, spending time with family, and visiting with friends. He is married and has two grown children. His greatest need will be in paying for his portion of the essential medications he will need to take for the rest of his life to keep his new heart healthy, once he receives his transplant.
