Transplant Type - Kidney

Jonathan recently graduated from college Magna Cum Laude. His interests include graphic design, film production, computer games, reading and sports. He received his new kidney Dec. 6, 2005, with his brother as his donor. He needs assistance in paying for medications and other post-transplant costs.
